Aladdin Frame allows for the secure capture and organisation of school photos, both inside and outside the classroom.

Camera App

A dedicated app is accessible via your standard secure Aladdin login. Photos taken on the app are uploaded directly to Aladdin and stored there, not on individual devices facilitating easy GDPR compliance with the school's photo policies.

Access Levels

A variety of access levels and permissions are available and can be assigned to any staff that controls who can take, view, edit, and share photos. Access can also be set for who has permission to use the Camera app or not.

Photo Permissions

Photo Permissions for students will be controlled via Permission Lists (existing Connect Permission Lists can be linked). Once students have been tagged in photos the system will automatically warn you as to who has not granted permissions and will protect these photos from being shared.

Photo Organisation & Tagging

An integrated photo management system designed to meet the needs of Irish Primary schools. The photo gallery contains 3 levels of organisation: photo categories, photo albums, and individual photo tags.

Advanced Photo Search

Advanced searching capabilities will allow for the easy retrieval of any photos on Aladdin based on defined criteria including photo categories, albums, tags, classes, and years.

Aladdin Integration & Sharing

The benefit of having your photos on Aladdin means that these photos will be integrated into the rest of your Aladdin system. Photos will be linked to your Connect Permission Lists, shareable with parents via the Aladdin Noticeboard and Connect Albums, and eventually become accessible in even more features such as Aladdin Documents.
